Great response and customer service
I have the 16 oz bottle ultra press and a screw fell out of the handle. I called to get some replacement screws to fix it and they sent me a whole new lid part! Got it within 4-5 days shipping. Back to using again right after. Thanks for standing by your

Mind the Cap!
The pint Grayl is brilliant: filter wild water, drink, move, repeat. I recently wore myself out on a hike, and weeks later (post surgery) I discovered the unique, untethered cap missing. Regular plastic bottle caps don't fit (by design). But, for $20
