Great product and customer service

"I have 2 grayl geopress purifiers. I bought the regular version and loved it, so I bought the titanium version as well. I ended up having an issue with the inner cup on the titanium version. I contacted customer support and after a couple of emails I was sent a new inner cup. I use my titanium geopress daily and would recommend any grayl product to anybody looking for an amazing purifier."

Q&A

Is this compatible with the regular geo press?: It is not. Plastic and Ti components are not interchangeable or cross compatible.
I have the titanium bottle and my inner has become bent and no longer holds water without leaking. Is this something covered by warranty?: Thank you for reaching out.
