Very Kewl Bottle!

"I absolutely love the color of this 32oz bottle—it looks great! It’s my go-to bottle every day, no matter where I’m headed. The lid feels very secure when opening or closing, giving me peace of mind that it won’t leak. The loop cap design makes it easy to attach and detach without worrying about losing the cap. The bottle’s finish offers a great grip, so I never have to worry about it slipping from my hands, even when it’s wet. It also keeps my water (and other liquids) cold for extended periods, which is perfect for long days out. The quality of this bottle is top-notch. I’ve dropped it several times, and it hasn’t shown any signs of damage or dents. Grayl and Earthwell are definitely making products that stand the test of time. Highly recommend!"

The steel container is very

"The steel container is very robust. The lid on the other hand isn’t up to spec. I have had several times when the seal leaks when the bottle was on its side- in my recliner-in my lunchbox-and in my backpack. Luckily for me I only had water in the bottle each time. Yes it could be just me not tightening the too far enough. The seal part is silicone rubber which is very spongy. Which I haven’t gotten the feel of when it is sealing. I’m more used to a solid lockup of a bottles seal. I live in Fairbanks, Alaska. And so far, besides the seal issue. No other issues. I added a bottle carrier to the unit for convenience of carrying. I’m not sure how cold the plastic lid can withstand and not split from shrinkage. We are still dipping in the below zero temperatures. So I will find out."

Are the Kewler bottles and the lids both completely free of plastics?: No, not completely, as the lid and gasket are made from plastic.
Will this battle fit in the side pocket of the Bottlelock 4.5L hip pack: Although it would fit, the 32oz Kewler might be a bit tall in order to comfortable swing your arms as you walk, hike, or run.
what is the difference between ultapress and ultralight filters?: There is no functional difference between the Ultralight and UltraPress replacement purifier cartridges, and they are actually interchangeable with each other.
Will the ultralight press fit inside of this bottle?: Hi and thanks for your question. No, unfortunately GRAYL products are not designed to be used with Earthwell products for purification. The Kewler bottle is simply a double walled stainless steel water bottle that can be used to transfer your purified water into. Thank you!
Do the insulated bottles come with the same filter? Are the lid's wide-mouthed or interchangeable with other Grayl lids? Essentially wondering if I need to buy both bottles to have both filtration and the insulation :): Good question, our vacuum insulated bottles are not purifiers/filters so you’ll need to buy both bottles for everyday (insulated) hydration and purification on-the-go. The caps/lids are not interchangeable due to the very specialized nature of the GEOPRESS design.
